On behalf of BCBC and two provincial ministries, Aral converted
an existing fitness club to accommodate two courtrooms, court
services, holding cells, Crown Counsel, probation and judge
chambers. The finished courthouse includes 21,000 square feet
on two floors, plus surface parking for 55 cars.

While this hotel continued to operate, Aral completely renovated 77 suites and modified meeting rooms, house-keeping facilities and the swimming pool. Aral also added a new sales and marketing office, main-floor kitchen, and forecourt entry. Lobby renovations rounded out the work. Through subsequent maintenance programs, Aral has continued to renovate hallways, the dining room and other facilities. |
The fast-trac development of the Blanshard / Bay St. Wendy's
was anything but typical. The high vaulted ceilings, soaring
cathedral windows, second story mezzanine office and around
the clock, six week construction schedule provided for a dramatic
pre-Christmas opening.
